AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T LOOK LIKE THEM.
Why do I say this? My family came in, we are poc! I walked in behind my family and saw the big lady behind the counter stare and eye roll my family as they looked at all the chocolates. Absolutely disgusting attitude. When I asked if they make the chocolates, she acted like she didn't even want to talk to us. We are a sweets and chocolates family and would have spent a good amount of money here. We buy good quality chocolates from Europe all the time, my husband is French!! After the rest of us saw how she acted, we immediately did not want purchase anymore. The lady obviously couldn't be bothered. That's probably why there isn't anyone in the store. We all talked about her demeanor the second we walked out of the store. How can you judge us looking like that? Yeah I said it. Don't be rude, your low quality chocolates are filled with hate!! The first shop we stopped by on Bainbridge and what a welcome!! Disgusting.

The chocolate truffles were a nice treat. Hot chocolate was very poor tasting though.

I don’t know much about chocolate, but we let the very sweet person at the counter know our preferences, and she gave a ton of options! Loved learning more about the business from her and appreciated the samples we got
I was sent here by my employer to purchase chocolates for her guests arriving. I was told it was a prestigious shop and the worker told me it was Belgian chocolate recipes. I travel to Belgium often and have had many Belgian chocolates - always melt in your mouth and always presented beautifully. These chocolates were waxy in my mouth - did not taste amazing and were presented poorly. Would not recommend

Very friendly but the chocolate we got was pretty disappointing, they looked good but the taste was not there for us, we came there for pastries/waffles like they display online but saw nothing but chocolates and no waffle menu or anything of that nature when we got there so decided to get chocolates instead, taste and price of it was pretty disappointing!

Walking downtown Bainbridge what a gem of a place. Chocolate treats for everyone. Had a dark chocolate caramel w sea salt and a small chocolate drink. Much much smoother and intense than hot chocolate. This place is a must go to when in Bainbridge or well worth the trip just for a sweet treat.

Really friendly lady behind the counter. I appreciate her customer service. Out of the 20 chocolates we tried we ended up liking 3. To be fair maybe they really should be eaten with wine. However, we ate them as soon as we could without the wine. The chocolates look so beautiful and display well. I really like the salted caramel and the raspberry chocolates. We came looking for more pastry options and were unable to see where those were available even though we saw some advertised online.

Perfectly done Gluten-free cookies!... but I personally wouldn't recommend the chocolate, especially at those prices.

Abhorrent chocolate. I've had their chocolate for many years and never had any complaints. Recently got an assorted box and hands down the worst quality I have ever had.. grainy and flavorless.

Really chic chocolate shop. Definitely more of an upscale vibe, not aimed at kids or casual chocolate. The options we tried were very good, and service was quick.

what a wonderful unplanned stop this afternoon. enjoyed a small portion of the drinking chocolate, it was decent. The bonbons however, were fantastic. My personal favorite was the peanut butter raspberry, yuzu was a close second, but all were great flavors! Beautiful colors, and special packaging. A great shop for a special gift!
