Friendly waiter. Food was ok. Maybe overpriced due to local. Ants on our table. We all left full.

Loved it-- walked there during our visit to Bainbridge Island via the Seattle ferry. Great food, relaxed and friendly conversations, fantastic raspberry freezer jam.

Food is great!! I work in winslow and try to order out, I tried for about 10 days in a row, they were closed one of the days a Monday, I know they are closed Tues, and Wed. I was able to get take out 3 of the 10 open days I tried. Food was excellent each time. I ordered the same thing each time, prices were different each time went from 6, to 8.50, to 10.49, this was for 2 sides, hash browns and 2 pieces of sausage. I would eat there all the time but the inconsistencies in price, make me extremely leary something strange is going on. Other major problem is they just don't answer the phone. I thought maybe it was because of being super busy. I walked up to make an order, it was not bust at all, I asked about why they don't answer the phone, and was curtly told I have no clue why it doesn't work what do you want. Again Food is soo good, but the other things outweigh the food, sorry guys, I would have to say try another place.

I loved coming here. The place oozes charm and the waitress was so nice. Feels like being back on the East Coast, classic laid back diner vibes. Good prices. The biscuits are AMAZING.

I went here back in August '23 and got there about 45m before closing. They made the most amazing burger I've ever had. Gotta rate it an 11/10 (the extra point being how out of the way it is and with odd hours making it a challenge to get there - but well worth it)

Great service, great food. Food arrived quick and fresh. Reasonable prices. Exactly what you would expect from a well ran diner style restaurant.

Best breakfast I've had in ages. The scratch made breakfast sausage is incredible, biscuits and gravy otherworldly, and the crab Benedict was loaded with fresh Dungeness. Giant mimosas too. First time here and I'll definitely be back. Bless y'all, especially your "Chaos Coordinator"!

First things first, don’t listen to these people writing negative reviews this place rocks! Came with the family visiting from Florida and the food here hit the spot. Coming in to the parking lot the diner itself is super cute and has that vintage diner vibe. The food was great! The salmon Benedict was so good and Smokey and the waffle was off the chain. Simple food done well 10/10 it hit the spot.

I have driven by this place multiple times and always want to stop, but they were always super busy. Yesterday, I finally had the chance. Parking is not great, especially when people are double parking. Lot is super tiny with no additional parking near. You walk up, there is a sign in sheet on the table. No one is acompanying it. Us and another couple walked in at the same tike, since we all saw empty tables. They told ua to go back outside and sign in and wait. Btw, they were not even managing the waitlist well and keeping it updated. There was also tons of open seating at the counter. Took about 10 minutes for someone to come outside and seat both of us and the other couple. Honestly, was about to leave because it was chilly and misting. Got in. Service was good, coffee hot, but only 2 packets of sugar at the table. Food left a lot to be desired. The crab omlette was terrible and my toast was hard and burned and beyond eating. My partners breakfast was better, him ordering the chicken fried steak. Honestly, I was not happy that I spent $22 on hashbowns and an omelette i picked at. There was hardly any filling in it and it was bland as heck. I was going to say something to our waitress, but I didnt see her again till we got our check. We just paid and left. There are better breakfasts around and I wont be back. Sad, because I love greasy spoon diners and am fairly loyal when I fall in love with one.

After I walked across town to eat here they told me they were too understaffed to serve me. Maybe they just did not feel like serving me because I was by myself but just found it ridiculous. Don't bother trying to go here if you are taking the ferry from Seattle to Bainbridge.
