Went through drive-thru for a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. It was fresh and yummy. They accepted the app that I had without paying with my card but my Dad helped with his card payment. The app worked of earning more points to unlock items too. Thank you guys.

Tried this Bainbridge McDonalds for the first time last week, and was so disappointed to see this location product is not consistent with the rest of the Kitsap county locations. The majority egg-white egg is a significant difference in taste, in comparison to the all yolk folded egg. My hash browns were also stale, and it was 8:45am, a time when it should be fresh? Wasted visit and won’t be back.

We stopped here because Poulsbo was 20 minutes away. We ordered a single 10 piece mcnugget meal for my hangry kid. We then waited 15 minutes while multiple cars went through the drive through. I finally had to go in and the nuggets were already bagged, just waiting on fries, which had been sent out to other cars already. I had to ask for my order and they were entirely unconcerned with how long we waited. $12 for a mcnugget meal that took 20 minutes to get. Next time we'll just drive to Poulsbo and get better food faster.

Terrible service ordered a fry and 2 coffees its been 30 minutes.
Went there for a company breakfast- i got told my card was repeatedly saying error. i have another card- still error. when i asked why this could be repeatedly happening, they told me it was my fault. my cards are the issue and i need to check my account! i then handed them the cash i had and it was settled that way. i got only attitude when i asked if they could try on another card reader as i know they can if they wanted to because i have worked for the company in the past. they declined trying another way until i handed them cash. after i left, the orange juices we all got tasted like water with a splash of orange. i will say, the gentleman that took my order was very sweet and considerate when my cards weren’t working- never blamed it on me and my money like the guy up at the second window.

I was reminded today why i no longer come to McDonalds. It is not anywhere near what it used to be. A McGriddle is half the size, but twice as expensive. You already charge 3.25 to make it a meal and then have the audacity to charge yet anotger 1.50 to have an OJ instead of coffee. Meals already cover drinks. And thats if you can even call it that. The OJ cup is reall small, tastes terrible and comes with a crappy paper straw. It will probably be another 10 or more yrs before I ever go to a McDonalds again and thatll be because I forgot again how bad it tastes and how overpriced it is. Do better or shut down to make way for better stores.

I ordered a steak and egg bagel with no steak. I ordered that way so that I wouldn’t try and be a hassle and add things I’d rather pay more than be difficult when I got the bag. It was in a pancake box. They had thrown egg cheese and onion inside of the box 2 burnt bagels that were hard as a rock thrown on top of those And threw the whole thing in a bag. It was the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen. Nothing was even cooked together I don’t think it looks like they had just thrown the egg at the bottom and onions, kind of all throughout the box and then the cheese on top and then they just smashed the rockhard bagels face up in the box. This definitely felt like they were mad that I didn’t want them to put steak on the bagel so they were going to teach me a lesson or something. I’m not really sure. Normally, most of them are really nice there, but this was ridiculous.
