As with most other McDonald’s restaurants, it was an okay experience. The bathrooms were clean and ordering was easy. Additionally, the dining area wasn’t busy, so it was ideal to sit as we waited for our order.

While I was waiting on my mobile order the cashier came up to the customer, not asking him how he was doing or hi amd just took his order. He came up to me ask me if I had a grinch meal instead of asking me if I had a mobile order and I said yes because that what I order on my mobile. He brought out two grinch meals but it was not for me. I finally ask him about my order and told him mine was a mobile. That is when he told me the mobile was down. I pretty much wasted my lunch time waiting. If he had ask me if I had a mobile order I would have not have wasted my lunch and I would have known it was down. He could have offered something like a snack or a coupon for wasting my time and lunch.

Served McFlurry half-full, received zero sauces for nuggets, told to pull into spot in the parking lot to wait for food—guy would come out every time with an order and go through every person waiting asking their order because they did not have a system for overflow. I’d be embarrassed if I owned or ran this McDonald’s. Will not go to this particular one again.

Horrible service manager was rude, we waited for an hour and they completly forgot about our order, they locked the lobby so you couldn't get a refund, when we got our food all our Fry's where converted to smalls and all the food was sloppy, dont go to this McDonald's.
Stopped in for 3 sodas and was in line for 20 min with maybe 5 cars in front of me. When we got to the pay window, the guy did not acknowledge us by saying just a moment or anything. Instead we waited for 10 minutes before he even came to the window to take our money. When we got to the second window, the chick there was very slow.

The workers ask me why I order a plain double cheeseburger and then ask for ketchup and mayonnaise packets. It’s because; 1: when you ask for no onions they always either A: forget that the order doesn’t have onions or don’t read the screen and power through it. B: they put onions on it and then wipe it off leaving remnants of onions. Then the burger tastes like onions even after they wipe it off. 2: no matter how many times I’ve went through the drive thru and ordered a burger without onions, they’ve always messed it up. I’ve done a test run and recorded it every time 1 out of 20 orders is correct when you ask for no onions. 3: when you ask for mayonnaise they always load it up with so much mayo that it’s a messy burger and the presentation is horrible. They may as well toss the burger in a bowl of mayo and hand it to you. You always have to wash your hands after your done because it’s so much sauce that you can’t help but get your hands dirty.
