I've waited a long time for a close by Chinese takeout style place, and I was very happy to see Pau's open. The crab rangoons are delicious, and the General Tso chicken was perfect. My friend loved the shrimp fried rice and the wonton soup. Definitely looking forward to trying more of their menu!
( I do wish there was a larger bubble tea selection, especially as I prefer popping boba or jelly to the usual tapioca, but that's not a serious failing lol)
