The salsa is amazing and complemented by good, crispy chips. I got the mesquite chicken and sour cream enchiladas and the flavors were great. Not crazy about their rice but I filled up on the chips and enchiladas anyways ❤️❤️ definitely will be back again!

The food was bland and unauthentic. Our waitress had an attitude the whole time and it took 30 minutes after we sat down for her to take our order. The atmosphere was fine but it was kind of a weird vibe. Would not recommend.

Food was OK, no complaints about that. What I resented, and didn't realize until the bill came, is that they deceived the customer on drink prices. There was a large sign posted at the entrance to the establishment which proclaimed 'Margarita's $5.00' and under that line 'Peach Margarita's.' When we ordered dinner, we also ordered 2 Peach Margarita's. There was no price listed anywhere on the menu. It was quite a surprise when the bill came and we were charged $36.00 for the 2 Peach Margarita's. REALLY? They weren't that good and didn't justify the $36.00 price in our opinion. Had we known, we would have ordered 2 Margarita's for $10.00. Shame on San Carlos for deceiving the customer. We will not be dining here again and will tell our friends to avoid. This is just another place that puts profit and greed above the customer.

Multiple errors in phone and pickup orders, despite the receipt appearing correct and us reiterating the order. Then I ask for them to correct something they missed, they thank me for catching it, then I realize they missed something else once we get home. This has happened MULTIPLE times and it’s exhausting. I realize we pay premium prices for almost everything on the island, but the product should be at least decent, right?We tried calling to share the feedback again and were told the manager was busy, only to not get a call back. Time to find another option.
