It’s fine - it’s in a good location, food is diner quality. Not much follow-up (coffee or water refills, boxes as promised, etc.) or care that you’re even there. Proximity is the selling point, especially if ferrying over, but there are better options.

Horrible service from both waitresses. Rude and not helping customers at all. People actually left because they weren’t being waited on. We ordered coffee and had to ask for it three times. And when we got it, it tasted like it was from the day before. There was a gentleman that came in after us, and went outside to sit and was served and done eating before we even got our order taken.

Horrible service. Unattentive staff with no follow up. Coffee refills and water refills are painfully slow. Wait staff never follows up. Complete disappointment

Two (2) long hairs in my breakfast scramble. It seems the female cook with the long black hair is missing an important part of her uniform: a hairnet. Gross. Regardless of who it is, they should be wearing a hairnet. Thankfully our waitress comped the scramble.

Slow service. Not enough people working the kitchen. The salad I asked for as vegan came out with cheese. Couldn’t easily separate so asked to be remade.

Honestly surprised by the good reviews here. The staff took forever to check in on us and the food was meh. There was eggshell in my eggs and my glass was dirty. Their health safety rating is only Okay and it shows.

The food was decent, but unfortunately the service was some of the worst we’ve ever had. Took over 30 minutes and multiple times asking to order before we could place our food order. It also took a long time to get our food, so we’d been there for an almost an hour by the time we were served. Additionally, our server treated us quite poorly and would roll their eyes when we asked for simple things like more water. It felt like we were a nuisance for being there as opposed to a customer supporting the business.

Great breakfasts or lunch served all day. Extremely friendly and attentive service. Orange juice mimosa was generous. Yes, prices are a bit on the high side, but c’mon, people, this is Seattle! Value was good, in my opinion. Pleasant location in downtown Winslow. Convenient to the ferry terminal. Definitely would go back.

STAY AWAY!!! Waited over an hour for our food, when we asked about it the waitress and host did nothing. We got up and left after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes. Feel sorry for others that have to go through this and waste time on this beautiful island.

Sure, at least they have “something” for vegans. But I ordered a tofu scramble to go, and wrote “vegan please” in the notes section just to be sure. Ordered sourdough as my side bread option, when I finally dug in I realized they had put butter on it. So I guess make sure to explicitly ask for no butter..? Also the tofu portion was tiny for $17. Maybe 7 cubes of tofu. Updated from previous review on 2025-06-22

Really tasty tofu & veggies with hash browns! The flavor of the tofu & veggies is Asian-inspired (ginger & tamari). Nicely cooked and all very good (though a bit small for the price, but that’s standard for Bainbridge). They also have soyrizo, vegan chili, & veganizable burrito and sandwich options. One of the best/only options in Bainbridge, as it’s not a very vegan friendly place.

Had the chicken club, overall good flavor chicken was a little dry. Great service, cute place.
