A fairly large group of us dropped in without warning. They handled us without issue and with plenty of smiles. I was really impressed how well they handled the situation. Food and atmosphere were typical Subway, but the service was outstanding.

The glass case covering the food was filthy. At 12:30 pm the lettuce was brown, and there were two flies buzzing over the food. I didn't want to drive to Poulsbo, so I ordered. Won't go back.

Worst Subway I’ve ever experienced. They were out of meatballs by 5:00, and refused to make more. They refused to give me contact info for the manager, since there was no manager onsite. The teenage kid working behind the counter was extremely rude and not helpful. UNREAL. Bugs were also flying everywhere and it was extremely unsanitary. Take some pride in your business……do not eat here.

Placed an online order. Went to the restaurant to pick it up. To-go shelf was empty and they had lots of customers in line, so I waited. And waited. And waited. About 45 minutes later I approached the counter to ask about my order, which had apparently been ready behind the counter out of sight. I am not telepathic or possessing X-ray vision, so I guess it's my fault for assuming an online order would be placed in the designated area for picking up online orders. Will be visiting the Poulsbo location from now on.

The first red flag was the dirty tables and full trash cans, but I was hungry so I decided to roll the dice. Big mistake. They were somehow out of bread (4pm) so I ordered my turkey sub on flatbread. The guy making my sandwich clearly hadn't been trained because not only did he take forever (I was the only customer) but he couldn't figure out the register so I could pay. The food was disappointing too, the way the guy assembled/wrapped my turkey sandwich/flatbread thing all the turkey and cheese was crammed in the edge so most bites were just veggies and the flatbread. The worst part was the foot long cookie. Not sure if the issue was the way this location prepared it or the cookie itself, but the cookie was molten hot even 5 minutes after ordering it. It also came served in the cardboard baking tray and the cookie was wet with butter/grease. Tried to scoop the soggy, molten cookie out of the tray with a fork but gave up after a few sad bites. Threw away the cookie and my half eaten sandwich in the overflowing trash can and left still hungry.

The sandwich bar was very dirty and unappealing. THERE IS NEVER ANY MEATBALLS LEFT AND LETTUCE CONTAINER WAS EMPTY AND NASTY.WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

Today i came in and i had i believe what was called the ultimate Chicken bacon ranch i had added lettuce onion pepperjack cheese cucmbers and honey mustard on toasted white bread and man that was a hell of a sandwich I'm new to the Bainbridge area so having something like that from Bainbridge was the most amazing thing ever I'll have to definitely come back again for another and also to try the honey mustard chicken wrap as well

We ordered online and when we came to pick up the order, the girl showed attitude and said they don't have ingredients so have to cancel the order. She could have cancelled it earlier before we came.We tried to make another but still she was just rude and did not prepare anything.Anyone keeping the subway as a last option, please don't.The staff is totally unhelpful.

We get sandwiches now and then and the service and food are always great. This last time, Lexi did an amazing job fixing a Doordash mixup and gave fast, quality service.

Clean restaurant. Gal made me the biggest sandwich I've ever seen. Didn't think she was gonna be able to close it but she did!
