We ordered online and when we came to pick up the order, the girl showed attitude and said they don't have ingredients so have to cancel the order. She could have cancelled it earlier before we came.We tried to make another but still she was just rude and did not prepare anything.Anyone keeping the subway as a last option, please don't.The staff is totally unhelpful.

We get sandwiches now and then and the service and food are always great. This last time, Lexi did an amazing job fixing a Doordash mixup and gave fast, quality service.

My girlfriend and I stopped at Subway while visiting Bainbridge island. Fidel is an amazing worker! Super respectful, kind, and attentive to our orders. We had a wonderful experience overall! Good food, service, and atmosphere ?

Ordered 3 sandwiches on Subway app, paid a delivery fee, paid a driver tip. No food showed, so I called the store. Worker got an attitude and said they don't deliver. I tried to explain that the Subway app charged delivery that I already paid. He hung up on me. So I called back, I got a different worker that said he can't give out the managers number, so I gave him mine to give to manager. No call back so I called a 3rd time. the original worker who hung up gave me the managers number. The managers solution for this whole fiasco was to remake my Sandwich order and me come pick it up....Even though I paid delivery and tip already??? Wow unbelievable!! I will not buy from Subway for long time until they get it together. I'm hungry, frustrated, and told the manager to cancel it all together. Negative stars not even 1 from me.

Friendly and professional service, with articulate speech. Good fresh food (excellent example for a Subway). Pleasant, comfortable dining area - kept spotlessly clean (including restroom). Not too crowded ? A nice place to stop in.

Subway does deceptive advertising. The roast beef sandwich I ordered was nothing like the promotional photo on the wall. I gently asked the employee about the amount of roast beef and she said they give 2.5 oz for a 6" sandwich, and she agreed that it wasn't at all like the picture. The employee was friendly. I took photographs of my sandwich as well as the picture on the wall and am tempted to send it in to Consumer Report ... they occasionally point out businesses who do serious false advertising, and Subway certainly seems to make the grade.

They were shorthanded at 10/18 lunch. Dining in, pickup, to go. Our seven orders didn't phase them. Fast and accurate.(9/10 for understandable staffing shortage)

I'm giving one star because I stop by in the morning to buy the sandwich I like and the store it was close... they suppose to open at 9am and it was 9:05 so I had to leave without my favorite sandwich.
