Probably the best burger I have ever had. Truly.
Added on cheddar cheese + a side of bbq sauce + spicy aioli & a mezcal espresso martini = 🔥

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. I eat out a lot btw. I sat at the bar and was served by the owner. He had the perfect cadence of checking in and leaving me alone to enjoy the experience. The pricing is extremely fair on high-quality food & drinks. The Wagyu NY steak was memorable. The frites & caesar salad were the perfect complement to a beautiful piece of meat. Don’t leave without getting the Tiramisu. It’s a can’t miss restaurant if you’re visiting or live in the area

Great dinner at The Islander—relaxed vibe, friendly service, and fresh, well-prepared shrimp. Cocktails were solid, and the old pal was a standout. Would definitely come back.

This was such a neat little stop. The decor was unique and fun to keep spotting off the wall art. The steak was very tasty and the selection of whiskey made me happy. Cozy and eclectic

Great food, atmosphere is amazing.

Delicious food (I had the lobster), excellent service (I thought my reservation was 2 hours earlier than it was, but, they were able to seat us anyways). Very accommodating. I'll be back for the dinner for two meal!

Went in, waited 10 minutes. No greeting. Just stood there in the way. No one telling us how long the wait is or if anything is available. Really wanted to try the tomahawk and lobster. Just didn't feel like standing there in the way like an idiot any longer. Maybe next time.

my friends and I were visiting from out of town, we were so excited to try this place out. Until we were denied service for our vertical ID’s .. we are all over 21. Not sure why we couldn’t eat either, but menus were also taken. So we just got up and left and had no idea where else to go. So not the best experience as out of town visitors.
If you want to be served, make sure your ID is horizontal.

The lobster bisque was warm, delicious, and had the perfect size lobster pieces in it. I sat at the bar, early in the day, and I enjoyed the conversation and company. Lovely people and they make a great cocktail too. Take note: when you park, you'll need to walk to the street side to find the entrance.

The Islander offers a great atmosphere for dinner and drinks off the Main Street in Bainbridge. It’s small and quiet, perfect for chatting. Great menu, and select of wine, whiskey. A smaller selection of beer and cider. The food options we tried were excellent.
