Thuy's is simply an amazing small owner/operator restaurant with an amazing owner, Thuy, amazing food, and great service. We've traveled the globe and her vegan pho is the best we've ever had. Her vegan spring rolls and peanut sauce are absolutely amazing. We literally fly into SeaTac and come across on the ferry to have her food. If you love pho, her's is the best! Thuy is an amazingly kind and generous human being and we love her and her food.
Awesome service from Grace and all the other girls! Delicious pho

Ordered a taro milk tea with tapioca pearls. The milk tea itself has a smoothie-like texture which is surprising as I've never tried that before but it tastes really great and it's refreshing. Tapioca pearls are less chewy than expected. Price is double compared to for example Xing Fu Tang but that is to be expected at a tourist spot.

This cute restaurant with a lovely courtyard has wonderful flavor and is very consistent. They have lots of vegan and vegetarian options and are willing to customize whatever possible. The tofu and vegetable pho is my favorite. I also love the yellow curry, the spring rolls, the vegetarian cabbage salad, the rice noodle salad and the veggie egg rolls (vegetarian). The Bahn Mi (vegetarian), is also good. For drinks: the limeade, the Thai iced tea (can be made without milk and maybe with coconut milk), the coconut boba tea with coconut milk (vegan), and jasmine milk tea (dairy).
Ordered the tofu banh mi after confirming that it’s vegan w/o the mayo. Then, manager came to say that they somehow use butter in it so not vegan. They do have noodle, tofu and veggie dishes that can be made vegan. But, apparently, not the banh mi.
Not fancy at all. What I like about the atmosphere is that there isn't anything.
It's a very chill Vietnamese restaurant in a tiny space. Everything is good. The weekend dim sum special is a treat --order ahead or expect to wait!
My wife is celiac and she eats food from here without any problem, but not everything is GF. Well done Thuy!
Dietary restrictions: Good for celiac sufferers

Can't prepay and pick up to go food so you have to wait in line behind everyone ordering. Food was, well...food. Nothing impressive for the price.

Had lunch with my sister and our kids here. The food is quite delicious and fresh. However the wait times were not great and we had to go back several times to see where our missing items were. This might be solved with more kitchen capabilities (staffing, etc) and better training to make sure items aren't missed. I'd love to go back but the wait time of over 45 minutes and missing items (bubble tea, especially) overshadowed the experience. I do hope they are able to solve this!

AMAZING. We had a chicken banh mi ($13) and a beef banh mi ($16). Both were great. The chicken one felt very fresh and cool. The beef one was meaty and filling.

Pho is delicious and the gyoza is some of the best I've had anywhere.

Ordered beef short ribs with rice. The presentation looks good but the short ribs s was rubbery without much flavor. Can't recommend.
