This was my first time trying Pho. It was very delightful. The portions were huge and the flavor was good. I ordered a beef noodle soup and shrimp salad rolls. Make sure to mix in lots of spice!
I ordered P9 which is rare beef & meatball pho, and the spring rolls, both tasty, the beef was not served rare and the meatballs were a little chewy, the noodles had a different texture/consistency than I am used to but the broth was very flavorful. The spring rolls were pretty good. The service was prompt but once food was delivered they all sat behind the counter offering no water refills.

The food was awesome! But they had a really hard time hearing. 2 of the things we ordered didn’t come until we reminded them and they gave us something we didn’t order. It said baby corn comes with the yakisoba but there was none. Bubble tea is advertised but there wasn’t any.
