Wish it was a better first time experience because I love to support local Chinese Restaurants. Went in and paid for vegetable lo mein in advance with an agreed pick up time of 4:30 pm. Arrived at pick up time and unfortunately they forgot about my order. Got the food at 4:50 pm. They tried to be nice by adding some pork fried rice - our order was vegetarian only. Hey, it wasn’t their best moment and I’m willing to give it another try, will do dine in though, and will be happy...
THEY CHANGED THE SPRING ROLLS! I used to drive all the way from woodland to battle ground just to eat these huge spring rolls because they were amazing (definitely homemade) and now I just got some that were filled with the typical mush inside that comes in pre-frozen rolls. Definitely very sad but this place always has the best tasting food.
Came here as it was highly recommended by a co-worker whose Chinese friend said it's very good food. They weren't kidding because the food is very good. Large portions also and prices are reasonable. We're picky about eating out and there aren't many places that we keep going back to. The restaurant itself is old and nothing special, and you'll miss it if you aren't looking for it, but don't let that dissuade you. Service was great also.
