The food is AMAZING. service was wonderful and the place is clean and so cute! The kimchi is house made and very authentic, one of the best i’ve had in a long time.

First time trying they're food and it was delicious! Defined became one of my favorite spots and hoping to come soon to try another dish! The customer service was excellent and very welcoming. My husband and I were planning on placing the order to go but the woman was so welcoming and kind that we had to sit down and enjoy our meals.

The fried chicken here is great! The soy garlic and yum yang sauces were so tasty. Our 5 year old even loved the chicken. Will definitely go back soon!

I ordered food to go. Upon picking the food up I was impressed with the cleanliness of this restaurant.
The lady who took my order mistakingly charged me for a large meat, but she was honest and confronted me about it and asked if I wanted a refund. I just kept the large one. It ended up being the meat I liked more) Her honesty made me respect them even more.
The food itself was delicious. ( I got quite a few things to try out )
I loved the soy garlic chicken and the Japchae.
Overall - I am very satisfied and excited to come back and have some Korean BBQ ribs next time)

BEST RESTAURANT EVER! I swear by it!!
I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and high quality. I love everything from the bibimbap to the fried chicken and special shoutout to their kimchi! All of the employees are so kind and welcoming! Definitely my go to spot!

5 stars! We both had the 3-piece soy garlic chicken with fried rice, and everything was delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with amazing flavor. The fried rice was moist, fresh, and loaded with a great assortment of vegetables. You could really taste the garlic butter—so good! The service was also excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend Hearty K-Bop!

Went here before a movie and wasn’t disappointed. Great portion sizes very reasonable price. Fries are great and salted appropriately. Got the Yang-Yum chicken which was a bit sweeter than I would have liked but the hot sauce on top of it was amazing. Japchae has had good consistency. Looking forward to getting a lunch bibimbop next time and the spicy pork

It was alright, first time coming here last week. Not sure if the older guy is the owner but seems grouchy . Lady in front didn’t understand what I wanted to order . I’ve had better real Korean food before

I have ordered the beef bulgogi about 5 times in the last month and a half. Good is AMAZING. Beef bulgogi hives you a fla or explosion in your mouth!
Service is awesome. The lady is stopping sweet!
