First time trying they're food and it was delicious! Defined became one of my favorite spots and hoping to come soon to try another dish! The customer service was excellent and very welcoming. My husband and I were planning on placing the order to go but the woman was so welcoming and kind that we had to sit down and enjoy our meals.
I ordered food to go. Upon picking the food up I was impressed with the cleanliness of this restaurant.
The lady who took my order mistakingly charged me for a large meat, but she was honest and confronted me about it and asked if I wanted a refund. I just kept the large one. It ended up being the meat I liked more) Her honesty made me respect them even more.

BEST RESTAURANT EVER! I swear by it!!
I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and high quality. I love everything from the bibimbap to the fried chicken and special shoutout to their kimchi! All of the employees are so kind and welcoming! Definitely my go to spot!
