When I pulled up, I got the feeling the place was closed or abandoned. The landscaping was in horrible shape weeds, overgrown, blackberry bushes, going across the drive-through. Pulled up to the menu there was paper notes all over it stating it was vandalized . once I got to the window I ask for the manager she wasn’t there yet, so I expressed to the Worker that the impression of the outside alone was horrible. ordered online 3 weeks ago. when I got there, woman tells me that they don't have milkshakes which I've already paid $4.99 for. she doesn't offer a solution. I ask her why she won't give me the $4.99 back and she says I have to contact the Jack in the Box app. I do this and nobody ever replies. today I got an email from Jack in the Box asking me if I am satisfied with how they handled my issue. Poor service. Poor service. Poor service. The 'manager' on duty needs to find a new line of work out side of customer service. We were the only patrons inside the restaurant. We waited for about 5 to 10 minutes just to have our order taken. After we ordered we sat down and waited for our food. And we waited. And waited some more. I heard about 5 to 6 cars being helped in drive thru. Finally we get our food. After waoting for about 20 minutes. You think they got it right?? Of course...read full review
