good place but really unreliable level of quality. i never know if it’ll be a “good day” when i order. tonight was not, prompting this review. okay service, but i’ve never spoken to someone who looked like they were happy to serve me, unwelcoming staff. disappointing
A Monday evening and everyone was wanting Panda tonight, this place was hopping! Longest drive through line and inside the same but the 6 person team was running it like a well oiled machine, on top of it, extremely smooth ordering/paying, and everyone I talked to was smiling. In a stressful moment they were fantastic and the food was fabulous even after bringing it back home. Way to go BG Panda!!!
I place an online order at 7:30 pm. Order was supposed to be ready in 15 min. I pull in to the drive thru line at 7:45 since there was only 3 cars ahead. I wait 10 min to get to the speaker and was told to hold on to place my order, after 10 min waiting, they told me to go ahead and order. I told the guy I was just picking up an online order and he said to pull up to the windows. I wait another 10 min to get to the window, when I finally got there I wait another 10 min to get...
