Carmel frappe tasted awful, it was clearly made with old stale coffee. Got a chocolate cake pop for each of my daughters, and one almost threw up after tasting it. And the other one said it was disgusting. So slimey

I moved to this area three years ago. There has not been one visit to this Starbucks that was not excellent service. They're consistent in their customer service, friendly, and always have a smile. Even on their worst or busy days.Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant, so unfortunately, I have no choice but to substitute my drinks with a plant based milk. The great thing about this store is that when I try a new drink, I always ask for suggestions on the best kind of plant based milk to compliment the drink. If I don't like it... they offer to make a different drink. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?

Everyone here was super sweet, and kind they made a very nice environment for morning coffee and book writing, I absolutely loved them, they made sweet conversation and the drinks and food were amazing, I definitely recommend this

Out of all the Starby's I go to, this place has become my new favorite spot in all of Clark County, and have easily been to over 20 here. Why? Their drive thru service at 8:15 in the weekday mornings is always friendly, always gets my dairy-free drink correct, they are quick, so long lines are no stress, never waited more than 10 minutes. I also feel safe at this location, unlike some around Vancouver with homeless camps out front, people stealing your drink from counter etc .Vegetarian options: I can get egg bites hereDietary restrictions: Soy vanilla Latte is great...all the other alcmilks taste nasty
Today, they chose to serve a food item that not only had a broken seal, but was very obviously eaten out of. Disgusting and unsafe.

The people who work here are great. Very friendly and hard working. They took the time, despite being pretty busy, to give my kiddo a sticker and show her where they keep some coloring books and art supplies. Good location for feeling welcome and hanging out for a while. Music is a bit loud for having conversations. More stimulating than cosy.
