The staff goes above and beyond to help customers, as seen when they helped a customer who spilled coffee all over their car by offering wipes and towels and remaking the coffee. Customers can order drinks and food, such as a regular cortado, pecana cortado, and sausage egg and cheese English muffin sandwich, through the mobile app or in person. The staff is consistent in making drinks, but sometimes mistakes can happen, such as a quad espresso not being made correctly. However, the staff is always willing to fix mistakes and provide good customer service. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a good place to get caffeine and experience positive customer service.
