Hey Subway, I sent you information about a franchise manager involved in child endangerment and who was breaking Washington state labor laws yesterday. I haven't heard anything back, no response at all, and now the minor employee by your franchise illegally has gone missing and has been reported as being kidnapped.

Subway is a friendly place with amazing workers, like the guy with glasses who made a special order. However, there was an incident with a rude customer not happy with a coupon policy. The staff, especially the young man, always provide great customer service despite some issues with management not honoring certain coupons. Overall, the workers are nice, but some customers and the manager can cause some trouble.
