I would not know anything about the amazing oysters in the Pacific NW if it wasn’t for you and Taylor Shellfish! Ordered for the past several years and it will be never ending! My fav!
I got the smoked oysters, lemon pepper oysters, and the smoked mussels. The smoke oysters were very good. The smoke mussels were incredible. The lemon pepper oysters were way to salty. I gave the 2nd can to my roommate because I found them inedible, and he agreed that they were way too salty. I will definitely be buying the mussels again at some point in the future.
I just recieved my order of original smoked oysters and they are hands down the best I've ever had! I spent 14 years in WA..makes me miss this salty shores! I appreciated that the oysters were not drenched in oil and they are not grainy at all. The flavor is on point. I can never have a grocery store canned oyster again.
