Pretty disappointing all around, we had a red head waitress, and she didn’t bring us silverware, nor napkins.
When asked about their old menu if they could make she just simply stated we don’t do that anymore.
Food was brought out, no napkins. Cups were dirty. Hot chocolate is just packets with water. Very watered down.
Ordered southwest salad paid $25 for 6 pieces of shrimp with hardly any seasoning.
Lastly, time to pay and our waitress took our card DID NOT bring it back, we had to walk up to the kiosk where she runs it to get it, as she left it on the ledge.

Do not come here, food is overpriced, silverware and cup ware is dirty. Service is horrible. Food is mediocre at best,

We love you Donna! We rode our bikes in and Donna went above and beyond to ensure they were safe, seating us next to the window to lookout & even offering for us to bring them inside. She filled and refilled our cups of yummy coffee and made us feel right at home. She efficiently worked the entire floor by herself, ensuring that everyone’s needs were satisfied. The food! The food!!! Best hash browns I’ve ever had. Great portions for two hungry bikers. And they had my favorite jam.

First of all the floors are slippery. 2nd in my opinion the Alfredo sauce is too cheesy, however the bacon jam burger was amazing.

We stop seating at 8:30 it's 8:30 she says. Yeah, the staff don't care about the profitability of this business. how could one expect them to cook food that will bring one back. We were there at 8:30 and turned away. Check the cameras owner!

Come for the burger. It was the best after trying the more expensive items. Great staff and the place was clean. The food will please a variety of people here and the mixed drinks are ok.

Man, I hope I come back here. It's still a struggle for the restaurant business these days to spin up new employees. I went here for a work lunch, had a hour at it took 90 minutes from seated to completed.

The staff were fine, just not enough of them for the lunch shift.
The point of sale system crashed so they couldn't take orders and then people couldn't pay.

If you own/manage a business, encourage your staff to stop taking customers and or have on call folks to support a rush. If you don't, bad experiences and reviews keep customers away while at the same time burning it your staff.

The burger was delicious but the drama took away from the opportunity!

If you want expensive mediocre food with rude servers and long waits I would recommend this place. There's a lot of better places. Don't waste your time or money.

The place was empty and it still took 30 minutes for the server to come take our order. No water. Bleh hard pass

I'll start by saying that our waitress, Carrie, was fantastic!
We waited 50 minutes for sandwiches. Ridiculous! I'm diabetic and take my insulin after I decide what food I'm ordering, it takes 15-20 minutes for it to start lowering my blood sugar...we waited almost an hour, I was ready to pass out! Terrible!!
My French dip was just ok, that's being generous. But, I had to eat it. Yuk!
My husband's pattie melt took 10 minutes longer, so I basically ate alone.
We won't be back, we won't recommend to anyone.
Shame!

When my spouse and I arrived, we were told it would be a moment to be seated, which was fine as they did look busy. We were seated, ordered our drinks and then our meals. No one stopped by our table at all after this. Two different customers were seated at the booth next to us, and both left (one due to no one taking his order after he waited, and the second after they said they waited 30 min and just wanted to pay for their drink). I noted that people who came in before us were still eaiting on their food. When we'd finally be waiting for nearly an hour without food and without anyone even stopping by our table with an update or to see if we needed refills, we also paid for our drinks and left. There was no apology: just a charge of $8.42 for two drinks and wasted time.
