Ordered on a busy Friday night. Online ordering and phone ordering was not working so I went in person. The team was very friendly and very busy but managed to make sure we were taking care of. They even offered a customer service just your as we waited longer than expected. Top-notch crew. Top notch customer service.

I had a wonderful experience after sitting in 1 1/2 hrs of traffic, they remade the pizza I ordered online since it sat there for an hour. I really appreciated to great service esp after frustrating traffic. Plus the pizza tasted great!
Thank you

Well, I tried to use the app for the coupons. Large pizza with your choice of toppings, 16 piece bread bites and a 2 liter of coke for 22.99. At the checkout it shows the pizza to be 21.84, breadbites at 3.68, & the 2 liter at 2.45 for a total of 27.97 & with added taxes, 30.35. What part of this coupon makes sense?

My food was under topped and barely any sauce in my pasta, as a former assistant manager here the quality of the food has definitely gone down hill completely. I would not recommend eating here. Drivers were very nice tho.

Ordered pasta, looked like it was thrown on the floor and I had like an ounce of noodles? Hardly any sauce covering the pasta while I watched a manager on makeline, as a former assistant manager I am disgusted with my order, and their current management. The olives were hard and the noodles were hard, meaning they didn’t have enough sauce to avoid over-cooking.

Disappointed in my Saturday night order. Looks like it got dropped on the floor and the amount of pasta I got was very little compared to what I get if I order during the week.

Tried the "New York style" pizza tonight. It was basically their regular pizza with provolone instead of mozzarella. The "thin" crust was the same as usual. The supposedly huge fold-up slices were not. If you want NY Style from fast-food pizza, try Pizza Hut.

We walk in and are greeted with a welcome and a smile. The Belfair location is quick and the food is hot. The establishment is very clean. Overall a great experience every time we order.

Did you know its optional for staff to wear gloves while preparing your food?I went to pick up my order last week. When checking out I watched a group of employees come back to work from what I assume was probably some sort of smoke break or break in general. However I watched two out of three wash their hands. The two gentlemen washed their hands and put on gloves. The young womelan went straight to preparing a pizza. I didn't notice the absence of her gloves until she was mixing the cheese up with her hands while yapping at one of the gentlemen about being a "loser" for wearing gloves. I asked the young man running the check out area if it was regular practice not to wear gloves? He told me that it's optional to wear gloves, but associates wash their hand between services. As I watch the young woman she has touched raw ingredients, a computer screen, a door, and now she is on to making another order for someone else. I pointed it out ti him she hasn't washed her hands at all. He just shrugged his shoulders and said "it's optional". I said wow and he said sorry you don't like your service.I left feeling really disappointed.
