My wife and I stopped by today for lunch. I thought that i had a coupon offer from AARP for a buy lunch and get one free up to 10 dollars as listed on the AARP website. I politely asked the waitress about this and was told that management doesn't honor any discounts except 5 percent off for eligible military members. So, if you had any intention of using website coupons, don't bother! I am not upset with the waitstaff, but management should work to clear up the deception...
Always a great time at JR's (The Hideaway). The food is tasty and plentiful. Sari, probably the best bartender in the free world, is always on spot and attentive. Great prices, even in this economy. Oh yea, THE best Bloody Mary around.
My kiddo got the chocolate chip pancakes with bacon. His review said bacon was great. Not too fatty and perfect amount of doneness. Pancakes had too much chocolate. This is not something he's ever complained about. He would not order this again.
