I wanted something healthy on the way to visiting Union, Washington, and I decided to try my luck at Lotus Garden. I think this may be the best Chinese takeout I’ve had since moving to Seattle 5 years ago. The reason it is my favorite is because it is exactly what you would expect from a good takeaway. It’s nothing fancy, but the portions are huge, the food is fresh and hot, and the lunch deal is a STEAL.

From the outside this restaurant does not look like much but boy were we surprised, inside is very clean the owner is very friendly and the food was amazing, the vegetable fried rice was loaded with fresh veggies, the Mongolian beef had wonderful flavor as did the sesame beef. If you are craving Chinese this is your spot!! 😋
