Haru is the gem of Belfair. The staff is fabulous and are so sweet to my young daughters. Portions are great and sushi is fresh. Cannot ask for more.
In all fairness, yesterday was my second trip to this restaurant. On my first occasion, I'd have to say that it was decent. Yesterday, however, not so much. As they were touting their Ramen Noodle Soup (and it was a cold day,) I figured a good hearty soup would be just the thing. Do not be tempted (as I was,) or you will leave just as disgruntled as I did. $14 (plus tip and tax) for a modest size bowl of "Top Ramen" was disappointing, bordering on insulting. Haru is an incredible find! Food is very good with generous proportions. Nice variety of menu items and the atmosphere is friendly and completely chill. The service is completely over the top with very kind, personable, super attitudes, and professional servers. They are great at serving people and providing top-shelf enjoyable dining experiences. Yes, we are becoming regulars with good reasons. Thanks, Haru, hope you never change as you are setting the bar in Belfair.
