Absolutely love coming here. Tyler always makes my dinning experience perfect! His personality and energy shines through during every visit. He’s always working hard no matter the circumstances. The food is always good and amazingly cooked. I can tell the cooks take passion in what they do, but what always makes me come back is Tyler. If you decide to visit this location and have Tyler be sure to tip him well. HE DESERVES IT.

We had the absolute worst waitress this evening. I can't recall her first name because she didn't introduce herself but the receipt had the last initial L. She rushed us to order stating that she had two other large tables & if we weren't ready quickly she would be back in a bit. We ordered drinks & they didn't come, asked a second time about them & she said she would be right back. 10 minutes later I tried to stop her to ask where the drinks were & she brushed me off & kept walking. Eventually the drinks came after we got our food. We asked for a booster seat for the child, & that never came. I eventually got up & asked the hostess for one. All 6 of us finished our entire meals without being checked on one single time. Never asked us if the food was ok, never asked us if we needed any refills on anything. She would be at a table right next to us & turn around & walk away without ever acknowledging we even existed. It's not a 5 star restaurant or anything, but I've had better service at IHOP for far less money. We've been here before & it was nice, but not a single person in our party was satisfied with the experience. I wish I could remember that ladies first name, because the manager should know that she has no business working during a busy time. If I could have found the manager while we were there I would have complained about her then. Then there's the 4% that they automatically add to your bill for the restaurant to retain. Expensive food with bad service & a surcharge equaled a next to nothing tip tonight. It's too bad because it's not worth ever going back here with the high prices & poor service.

After waiting for someone to serve us around 8pm in the lounge area, we remembered our friends commenting about the lousy service in this area. We decided to get up and go into the restaurant. Fortunately we were served by Jasmine who definitely knows customer service! She was kind, prompt and treated us with a smile. The prime rib dip was good and the cobb salad was wonderful, but the best impression came from Jasmine. After avoiding 13 Coins for several years we will definitely be back!

Went here for lunch today the food was great however the waitress dumped 2 plates of food on the ground and partially on my husband who now has ketchup and ranch on his pants the GM apologized and offered a free dessert… I assumed my husbands food would be taken off the bill but no. A $10 desert we didn’t even want in the first place should not be a resolution option. I’ve had better service at Red Robin.

Chaps my hide when they try to get more money out of you. Food good, service good, but added a service fee that goes to the house and is not a gratuity and fail to mention it because they have a poster somewhere in the building…never did see it. Will vote with the pocketbook I guess

I have never eaten at 13 coins, but I ordered it to be delivered yesterday for the first time. I just wanted to write and tell everyone that I was so impressed with the food. Even being delivered, the fries were warm and crispy. The fried ravioli was such a great deal and incredibly tasty. Super grateful to have stumbled upon this and took a chance on ordering here. I will definitely be ordering regularly.

Shouldn't have ordered the Thanksgiving dinner. Food was sub-par. Kitchen was slammed because they were also doing takeout orders. That put too much stress on the staff and cooks. Felt bad for them.

We had an excellent Thanksgiving lunch here, the food was delicious! Unfortunately the staff seemed to really want us to hurry. We hadn't even finished salads before the entree was delivered, and same with the dessert. Obviously they need to turn tables over, but we weren't dawdling and such an expensive meal should come with time to enjoy it!

I’m from Florida and frequently stay at Hyatt as my kids live here. Been going to 13 coins for years and I must say I’ve never run into a better bartender than Raul. He is a great asset to 13 coins

What a night. Food was superb. 15 person party was perfectly executed by our waitress in the party room. Out dad's 80th birthday and Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you everyone at Thirteen Coins for such an excellent experience Mikyla.
