Wish I can do a 0 star! The staff feel entitled and no one is available to tend to customers. Plus food is bad

Food was worst, we were four people and none of us liked anything in the whole buffet, we went at 12pm on a Sunday for lunch that’s the time the restaurant opens and almost all the dishes were cold, warm at best, they had a dosa live counter but that was mediocre and huge line for those dosas

I like Anjappar menu but thinking of going to Anjappar often is a question mark is because looking at the chicken color makes me to think how much Red 40 color they have used in chicken 65 and their tandoori chicken. No need to use that much color to make it vibrant chicken. Running a restaurant is difficult but also please keep in mind the customers health and kids who are coming to your restaurant. The artificial colors used in the recipes are unnecessary health hazard for the people. Not only Anjappar, almost all Indian restaurants should be aware of limiting the Red 40 food colors in their chicken and tandoori dishes.
The weekend buffet is very good but the seating is horrible. No space for moving around.

The food tastes fine, but the quantity is very disappointing for the price we pay. Definitely not worth the value.

This restaurant is great especially for non-veg food! Their naatukozhi biryanis are sooo flavourful. They make it authentically with jeeragasambha rice. We also love the chicken chettinad with Malabar parotha and mango lassi. Fish chilli is also great!

Tried to place an order but was shocked by the rude service. Prices on the website and over the phone were very different, and when I asked why, the person hung up. He refused to take my order, citing the buffet traffic. If staffing is an issue, it should be managed better — not by hanging up on customers. Very unprofessional experience.
The chicken biryani served to me was clearly not fresh ,it seemed like it came straight from the freezer and just reheated. Even the boiled egg felt frozen beforehand. This was very disappointing, and I could easily tell it wasn’t freshly prepared. I would never recommend this place to my friends, nor will I be returning. Thank you for breaking the trust.
