We enjoyed our visit here. I had the chicken Banh Mi and the bread was super soft but had a nice crust as well. The chicken was tender and flavorful. My friend got the kids chicken pho and didnt even add anything ti it because the flavor was great. The protion was great even as kids size. She also got the spring rolls and liked them a lot
We're phở enthusiasts and have tried most of the best restaurants in the Eastside and Seattle. But Annam is something else - the broth is really flavorful, and unique. The beef broth was tasty and complex, and even the chicken broth has a flavor profile I haven't experienced elsewhere. The staff were friendly, and the drinks were really good to boot! A gem of the Eastside.
Did a pick up order and didn’t see the inside. Over all a 8.5/10 for the whole experience. We got the shrimp egg rolls and edamame app, 9/10. Great portions and amazing flavor. Crunch level on a 10 for the egg rolls. We got a chicken and beef pho, each was a solid 8.5 My favorite part is they give you at least two cups of broth! Reheated it an extra two mins and perfection.
