Applebee's Grill + Bar

They do a nice job and ambiance was nice. I was there 19 December 2025 for dinner. The optional survey asks all about customer interest in healthy eating and relevance to patrons. Nice to know they endeavor to make food tasty AND healthy. Ironically, though they serve an Impossible burger option, they dont have a gluten free bun choice for gluten-sensitive folks.

What a crappy experience we had this evening. We get to applebees around 5:45. Got our drinks then ordered our food. We did the 2 for $25 deal. My husband has a nut allergy and informed the server. Once our food came out my husbands Asian salad had almonds in it. The manager Sam came over after quite a few minutes waiting and asked if they could fix it. We said yes, also asked for another beer and a side plate. The salad came out in a few minutes but never got the beer. We waited at least 15 minutes then had to hunt our server down to get it removed from the bill. The server had to get the manager which took another 5 minutes and when we got the bill nothing was comped for the fact that my husbands salad ended up having nuts in it even though we explicitly explained he had a nut allergy. Overall bad experience.

No customers in line, took 8 minutes for someone to come to the front to seat us. Took a while for our waitress to come serve us. I told her the appetizer we wanted and I asked for a rum&coke since that’s a pretty basic drink she gave me a funny look before asking “is that something new on our menu?” Apparently they don’t have any rum products. Appetizers came out at a okay pace. However when we attempted to flag down our waitress she refused to acknowledge us. Also poor customer service overall. I asked for a rum and coke and she gave me a weird look and asked if that was a new menu item, turns out they don’t have any rum products, then when I noticed they have Tito’s on the menu asked for that with sprite and she made it seem like she was doing the most to get that for me. Overall not great experience.

It was so busy that the manager waited our table and she did a great job. They checked for allergies for me. The menu was very alcohol heavy and the food looked like it had come in frozen but everyone was happy.

Great service, bar staff is wonderful Yarely was more than helpful I didn’t even get a chance to look up before asking for a refill, drink or the tab. I would highly recommend this place, food was great and quick and staff are super friendly. They do have a lot of personality but that is never a bad thing!!

The layout is mostly bar with smaller dining areas circling it. I always sit in the bar and watch whatever sport is playing on one of several TVs. It's a good place to go with a group for a fun time. The food is okay. Not bad, not amazing. Good sized beers. There are better Applebee's around but this one isn't bad.

Reasonably priced and good American style restaurant. My wife and I ate here after an appointment in the area. It was about 1 pm when we went in so there was plenty of seating and no wait. If we are in the area in the future we would definitely eat here again.

Poor service, chicken parm was dry dry dry, asked for boxes, was gonna order more drinks but server never returned.
