Dude…. The people that work here are so much fun. I think Mark and Alex helped me today and they just had the best customer service. That’s hard to come by these days. A sweet treat and good service? It made the mall traffic more bearable. Thank you Mark and Alex!!!!!

Service from general manager Mark was horrible. I had a birthday reward and an email about it, so I had it ready. There was a long line, and when it was my turn, GM Mark barks, “Hello. HELLO??” very aggressively. I show him the email and he asks me where my app barcode is. I’m trying to pull up the barcode (thought the email would suffice), but he gets impatient and yells at one of his employees to search up my phone number/email. Worker is trying to get to the search screen but he yells “Click that button, okaaaaay now type.” In a very condescending way. As I’m telling the worker my email, the general manager is looking over his shoulder and yelling at him when he mistypes. Eventually he asks to see the email again, and when I show him, he snarks, “zoom it in this is like the smallest font ever.” Eventually GM Mark gives up and just throws the bag at me. As I’m walking away, he yells out, “NEXT TIME HAVE THE APP READY.” And to the next customer says, “Hello. Sorry for the LONG WAIT.” in a voice loud enough for me to hear.
I love getting a snack from here, but that general manager’s attitude completely soiled my birthday and experience at this location (which is usually positive). GM Mark’s treatment of customers and his own staff was disgusting to see. I can’t imagine how insufferable he is when he is away from customers. I hope store owner/district manager takes note of this.

Growing up as a mall rat, always loved going to Auntie Anne’s. Still the same flavors nearly two decades later. Treated myself to a nice, hot original pretzel. Staff was friendly. No complaints!

This is by far the best Auntie Annie’s out there. Been here bunch of times and they just overall do such a great job. Mark and his team go above and beyond to put out a top quality product with amazing service. Thanks!

No Great American Cookie in your communist PNW malls, so I was wide open to being converted - and, because I’m a rascal - I had three dessert places pitch themselves to me, and Huntley (real name, I swear to god I checked and confirmed several times) was charming and funny and helpful and convinced me to go with Auntie Anne’s (over two competitors I won’t name, who hilariously wouldn’t tell me where I could find the other, despite being 40 ft from each other and within sight on the same floor of the mall) and I’m GLAD HE DID.
I had a delicious (whole) pretzel, cleverly cut into small bits and disguised by dunking in butter and drowning in cinnamon sugar before going into a drink cup, so I was fooled until it was too late: that’s a lot of pretzel. It FEELS like you’re eating popcorn, but you’re not; you’re eating like a tenth of a pretzel per chomp. But it was soooooo good, I ate the whole thing in a series of consecutive chomps. Will be back. Thanks, Huntley, and you should honestly sue your parents over that name, but you’re totes the reason I’ll definitely be back 😎

Food is always fresh and pretzels are tasty at this location. Best of all, the staff are always so friendly. I've been to this location several times and have never had a negative experience - staff are always willing to help. Was there yesterday and helped by Alex at cash; not the first time interacting with him. He always brings positive energy and very personable. Never does he let a problem hold up the line so even though there's generally a lineup, the wait is minimal.
