Tea is very good and you can definitely tell it’s of good quality. The presentation is nice as well. Drawbacks are it’s small, pricey and you have to wait. They do give you samples most days while you wait in line. Try to avoid weekends since the lines are extremely long.
There are very long lines. There is barely any seating space. If they can make it a few take out windows, people can get their teas faster. The tea is really flavorful though. I got the black tea with brown sugar with jelly topping

Ugh I wish I could rate this 5 stars because the tea itself was very delicious. I got the taro milk tea with lychee jelly. But it cost me $9 and was soo small. I was warned about this lack of value, thought I'd be okay with it, and was still really disappointed.BTW when ordering for pick up, the time to pickup is not always accurate. My tea was done like 10 minutes before the time I was given, but there was no indication other than going in to ask.
