CHEAPEST BUBBLE TEA IN BELLEVUE. it’s so expensive around Bellevue square and their options are either sparse or basic. coco’s isn’t out of this world as in super creative and unique, but they prefect the flavours they do have. They also have have slush which is always a plus in my opinion eyes. I’ve had the funky gaga one, the mango slush, and the passion fruit one, no complaints for any. Try it out!!

The black tea, especially in summer, is made with the right amount of sweetness and has a good taste. The drinks are prepared quickly, and the staff provides quick service in a small, easily accessible location. Seating is available, and the overall experience is positive, with the drinks reminding some of childhood favorites like Quickly. While the quality remains good both in North America and Taiwan, some find the preset 15% tip on take-out drinks to be high.
