“Normally don’t write reviews but I don’t want this place to ever close.
Worth noting that I’ve tried at least 6 matcha spots in the Seattle area but this is easily top 2( Vale Matcha is a fair contender); I tried their Tiramisu Matcha with Oat milk and the layer of cookie crumble made it one of my all time favorites ! It’s like drinking a dessert and they don’t add ice so it feels like I’m getting the most of my purchase(not just half a cup of ice haha). Plus, it wasn’t overly sweet. Try itttttt :-)
Also, they offer you a drink strap carrier, and I always appreciate thoughtful design👩🏽‍🍼“

Difficult parking was a small minus point.
Drinks not too sweet but ice cream is too sweet for me (I'm not a sweet-tooth)

“im typically weary of places that have ginormous lines, only because in past experiences they don’t seem to live up to the hype. but san chen is different.. got here before the crowd, and was blown away by their drink selections. i opted for the creamy lemon tart, and all i can say is, i need a gallon of it pronto! i have to restrain myself from going in and purchasing one of everything, but this place is just absolutely delicious! hopefully we can get one in snohomish county at some point 😉“

“It's been awhile since I have had Mochinut and decided to get a drink and donut after Half Price Books browsing. The new can design is cute but way to much ice, Thai Tea was a little too sweet. There is no option for not to have Boba which I am not always in the mood for, and I got the Mango donut and it was okay kinda of meh to me for flavor. I will go somewhere else for my thai tea and donuts“
