Ask for half ice because that’s more like full ice in other places. Still on the fence about the toast options...good but not something I’d go out of my way to get.“

Always a long queque of customers and online orders.I am giving a 5 star for the employees who work there.The manager needs to improve how to manage online .Online orders are immediate pick up. It should not interfere the customers in line. They should be handled by separate staffs during peak hours.When on the app it says can pick at 4 it means 4 the food should be ready not 4.30.The staff is always smiling and trying to make the best out of the situation. When I want to try something new and let her know what I like and maybe not so into, she has never done me wrong. Whether it’s this location or Kirkland, love her smile and recommendations. “Bobae is one of my go-to spots, especially when the sun is out. It's a quick walk from the waterfront. While it can be busy, there are times when I get to have a chat with the baristas. Alexis is pretty chill. We often talk about music.“
“Ugh I wish I could rate this 5 stars because the tea itself was very delicious. I got the taro milk tea with lychee jelly. But it cost me $9 and was soo small. I was warned about this lack of value, thought I'd be okay with it, and was still really disappointed.BTW when ordering for pick up, the time to pickup is not always accurate. My tea was done like 10 minutes before the time I was given, but there was no indication other than going in to ask.“
“Tra Kirkland doesn’t just have a nice atmosphere but amazing drinks. Our children enjoyed the strawberry lemonade and blue lemonade. We even splurged on the cute robot cups. The lemonades weren’t too sweet, slightly tart and very refreshing. My husband enjoyed the viet coffee and I got the coconut viet coffee. The coffee was smooth, flavorful and cooling on a warm day. They have drinks that cater to every preference from coffee to teas. I would highly recommend this shop.“
“I have been going to Happy Lemon in Redmond since they opened! I have been so impressed with the generosity of the owner and the kindness of the staff. My son chose to work towards a bubble tea as his reward to earn for his latest sticker chart. The staff was so welcoming and made a big celebration when we came in! They even drew a picture and wrote a special note on the cup to make it more memorable for him! The bubble tea is not only delicious, but the location is inviting, clean and the parking is convenient! I would absolutely recommend Happy Lemon Redmond to anyone who loves bubble tea!! 10/10“
