Clean, excellent service, a great menu and the boba is amazing. 4 stars only as it's a bit pricey (maybe being across from Google is a factor). Probably the best customer service I've ever had at a boba place though.
Kay and Jyll are so sweet and kind! Service is excellent and the place itself always smells amazing. Highly recommend for a wide range of drink options and wonderful staff ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Parking: Around 10 spots, but the garage is a bit hard to find — around the corner once you pass the cafe, there's a sign with the happy lemon logo

This place is awesome and their Boba is good! What makes them special is that they have delicious waffles with special dips, different kinds of drink options than usual Boba places and a nice atmosphere with friendly staff.My favorite is the fresh milk Ube tea with taro! So delicious and a little on the sweeter side. Their regular Boba milk tea tastes like it was freshly brewed. Very delicious. The waffles are both chewy and crunchy and very satisfying.
