This place is awesome and their Boba is good! What makes them special is that they have delicious waffles with special dips, different kinds of drink options than usual Boba places and a nice atmosphere with friendly staff.My favorite is the fresh milk Ube tea with taro! So delicious and a little on the sweeter side. Their regular Boba milk tea tastes like it was freshly brewed. Very delicious. The waffles are both chewy and crunchy and very satisfying. Give them a try for dessert or a snack one day!

Clean, excellent service, a great menu and the boba is amazing. 4 stars only as it's a bit pricey (maybe being across from Google is a factor). Probably the best customer service I've ever had at a boba place though.

Came here for a quick drink and snack! The staff was very friendly and polite. I ordered the hot winter melon lemonade which was surprisingly very good and Oreo bubble waffle. The waffle was a little dry but it was perfect with the salted cheese sauce that I ordered. The environment was small but cute. Most of the people came here for takeout. There was not much room for seating. If you asked for a restroom, you would be given a key to a restroom inside of the plaza which you would need to go out of the door for. Parking was easy as I parked in the gas staton lot next to it. There was also a sign of "free 2 hour parking behind the building".

Happy Lemon anywhere is usually pretty good, the main issue that I find is the staff. Overall, those Happy Lemon seems to be getting their act together and was clean, efficient, and nice. They must be doing better considering some of the other reviews I was reading about this location said the staff was struggling a bit. Regardless, I just wanted to leave a positive review saying that I had a good experience here and even though I live in Redmond, this one appears to be functioning a lot better than the one nearby, the Redmond town center.
