Los Chilangos in Kirkland is a taco truck at a gas station. Nothing wrong with that of course. Good food can be found anyway. It's a take-out place only without seating. Service was swift. We arrived midday, 4-ish. There were no lines. They took our order as soon as we were ready, and our food was ready in 5 min. I was craving a quesadilla so I went for a ride along the waterfront to one of the half dozen or so Los Chilangos taco trucks on the east side. Got the cabeza quesadilla. This particular truck is in the gas station lot where Wendy's once was. Beef cabeza was savory, umame, perfectly tender and spicy. The quesadilla was enough for two small meals and wait time was only a few minutes. Best taco truck food I’ve ever had and I love trying lots of different taco trucks so I’ve had many different ones. I would go here over any other Mexican restaurant or taco truck everyday. The meat is so flavorful and tender and everything is so fresh. 10/10 would recommend!!
