I just had a superb original milk tea with cheese foam!The brown sugar pearls are cooked just right and are tender but not slimy. the original milk tea is great, light and malty without being sharp or bitter. The cheese foam knocked my socks off - elevated a high quality snack drink to a rich dessert!Staff was very patient with my bewildered curiosity about cheese foam and helped me pick a drink I am very happy with.
The tea flavor of the pearl milk tea is quite fragrant. The texture and taste of the brown sugar pearls are very good. The price is moderate. It’s a very special Taiwanese beverage shop.
