This place can't get an order right. Unfortunately, I have no say in who my company orders from so I just won't order with them anymore. I've had a salad delivered with no lettuce. I received a burrito bowl that was just completely wrong. And today, for the second time, I received a salad with no dressing, which I double checked was marked on my order to be included. What a waste of time and money.
I placed an online order, my order was not ready when I entered the store 15 mins after the promised time (yes, the promised time in the email, instead of the ordered time). One staff asked the name on my order, checked their screen, told me they could not find my order, and walked away (yes, they walked away without helping me to find my order after I showed my email confirmation and said I have paid). I have been ordering kids tacos for my kids at different locations for the past 2 years.I ALWAYS ask for two extra tortillas and PAY for it.The first two guys didn’t even know how to do kids tacos, then the General Manager(Naya Flores)comes over and is rude to them in Spanish.
