I have been ordering kids tacos for my kids at different locations for the past 2 years.I ALWAYS ask for two extra tortillas and PAY for it.The first two guys didn’t even know how to do kids tacos, then the General Manager(Naya Flores)comes over and is rude to them in Spanish. I ask her for the extra tortillas, she says it can’t be done. I explain. Didn’t matter where the tortillas were placed, just wanted extra.She insists. I insist again and she finally agrees. But the whole time she is loud and rude. Terrible, just terrible customer service. Really needs some better training.I never asked for any favors or free stuff. I wanted to PAY for the extra tortillas just like you pay for extra Guacamole or Queso. And the funny thing is, after I payed and looked at the receipt, there is literally a line with “SD Tortilla ([email protected])”I’m still trying to understand what happened.

Ordered a pickup quesadilla, it came with no tomato and chilly corn salsa. They were not out of these salsas, I saw them freshly delivered from kitchen when I picked up.

This place can't get an order right. Unfortunately, I have no say in who my company orders from so I just won't order with them anymore. I've had a salad delivered with no lettuce. I received a burrito bowl that was just completely wrong. And today, for the second time, I received a salad with no dressing, which I double checked was marked on my order to be included. What a waste of time and money.

I placed an online order, my order was not ready when I entered the store 15 mins after the promised time (yes, the promised time in the email, instead of the ordered time). One staff asked the name on my order, checked their screen, told me they could not find my order, and walked away (yes, they walked away without helping me to find my order after I showed my email confirmation and said I have paid). Another staff came after a while, I asked for help, and they spent some time to check the screen and found my order. They made the order for me, but missed the guacamole in the burrito.When I reached out to online support for my experience and the missing item, they didn’t care about poor experience at all and didn’t ask me if I want a refund for the missing guacamole, but gave me a free guacamole side coupon and told me to redeem it within next 30 days. Who would come again given this awful experience?The reply below from merchant that asked me to reach out by visiting the online support. How ridiculous? If they really care and read my review above, they would know part of my experience was awful online support experience.

It seems like this place was getting better but it is back to being awful and I will start driving a little further to the Woodinville location Tonight I waited over 25 minutes to order and of course they were out of Fajita veggies. They are always out of something. The manager is completely incompetent and didn’t help the one employee who was serving and being cashier. Also every time he bent over you could see half of his underwear ( disgusting!) The food wasn’t good , the brown beans looked like they had been sitting out for 3 days as they were completely dried out. The burrito fell apart after 2 bites. I don’t understand why this restaurant can’t get their act together and are always understaffed. This is the last time I come to this location. Read the rest of the reviews and go somewhere else as there are plenty of other restaurants nearby.Follow up: After responding to the Chipotles promise to look into this matter and then fill out the complaint forms they offered to give me a free soft drink. This costs like 10 cents; while they wasted plenty of my time . This company is a joke!

Waited nearly 2 hours in a mob of people, many of which walked off after the crazy mobile order line, while still accepting more orders leading to the lobby filling with nearly 50 people.Go to any other chipotle in the Seattle area, these people do not care about their staff, it is horribly managed, 2.5 stars is too high, do not trust them.

Ordered a burrito bowl.They didn't put my double al pastor, no meat.They didn't put the guacamole in.They didn't put the veggies in.This location often shorts portions but at least put SOME of what I paid for in.

This Chipotle is cursed. It’s been horrible, then it started getting better and now it is bad again. I kept giving it a chance every few months or so and always regretted it.Last dine-in order - ran out of cheese at 5 pm. Plenty of cheese at the to go order station - refused to give it to me because it is for customers who “paid”Online orders- twice in a row no chicken in chicken quesadilla. 2nd order had a side of chicken but it tasted horrible.Need to stop going to this place. Period

This is easily the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I’ve attempted to eat here 3 times over the years and they have ran out of food (many hours before they were scheduled to close) or were closed well ahead of their posted hours.

Not following Chipotle’s standards. I am not happy with today’s visit. The boy on the counter was in a rush while no one was behind me. When I got my food, I noticed that the portion is half that I usually get in the store (less than three spoons rice).
