We had decent sashimi and pretty good seared cod, but nothing phenomenal, especially for the price and location. The super heavy and tall front door is something of a deterrent. Parking: I was there on Sunday somewhat early. My friends and I had reservations for 5:30; there were only a few people, but the place filled up around 6:00-6:30.I'm giving it 4 stars for food - everything was fresh and tasty. The rolls were acceptable, but not extraordinary. The prices were comparatively high. The ambience was not warm, the menus were rather limited, and printed on single sheets of paper. We had one set of menus for the two of us, and they clearly had been well used. A plus was that a salad and miso was complimentary. However, the salad had been prepared earlier in the day, and had been chilled too much in the fridge.
