Poor to average bubble tea. I'd rather go to Seattle Best Tea any day. In fact, if it's this boba shop vs any other shop 100 times, I'd go here less than 10% of the times.The place has an industrial vibe and feels more like a Zara store than a comfortable place to meet and chat with your friends over boba. We tried traditional black tea milk drink and osmanthus - the tea flavour was off and there was no depth in the drink. Tasted more like someone made excellent tea in a mug, threw it away, and gave you the water from that mug.Response to owner: Appreciate the clarification and opportunity to share the receipt. However, I did mix the drink and try it the way it should be - plus while something may be organic and fresh, it may still be tasteless. So I am not sure if remaking would have made a difference, but glad that you would do that.

I just had a superb original milk tea with cheese foam!The brown sugar pearls are cooked just right and are tender but not slimy. the original milk tea is great, light and malty without being sharp or bitter. The cheese foam knocked my socks off - elevated a high quality snack drink to a rich dessert!Staff was very patient with my bewildered curiosity about cheese foam and helped me pick a drink I am very happy with.

I don’t get why there is always a long long wait here. I usually go for a traditional milk tea with Boba, which I consider a classic and straightforward choice. However, the classic milk tea with Boba at this place didn't taste as good as those from other Boba shops. They offer fancier Boba options, so you might want to explore those. Still, for a regular classic milk tea with Boba, I wouldn't recommend this place.

First time here, and I'll definitely be coming back. The location is very bright and clean, the equipment appears to be well maintained, and the menus are easy to read and posted in multiple locations so you don't have to loiter at the counter while deciding on your order.Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable on the menu items and were able to answer my questions immediately. Service was blazing fast, some of the fastest I've seen for a boba spot.I got the Original Milk Tea with normal levels across the board. The tapioca is plump and chewy, and the tea itself is flavorful and the perfect sweetness.Very happy with my experience here and will definitely return.

My husband most recently tried the Traditional milk tea and it has a stronger tea flavor than the original milk tea, which we really like! We tend to go forBoba teas with strong tea flavor. The original milk tea has a more milky & creamy taste if that's what you are into.We love love love how all the don't yell at me locations are dog friendly! We always bring our little @koda.bear.pomsky with us and he enjoys his visits. We love this location bc the village has all the best pets right around the corner!The ambiance here is very nice and modern, well lit & clean! They sell re-useable boba tea straws, merch & apparel! Service is on point and they are usually pretty knowledgeable about their tea offerings.We love this location bc there is plenty of free parking and even a parking garage, public bathrooms are also available near the parking garage. Can't wait for our next visit!
