I absolutely love this place and it’s been a go to for many years. However, recently the quality has evidently declined. The creme brulee milk tea which is one of the top sellers used to me my favorite drink ever but the past few months since the management changed, it tasted incredibly bitter, thin, and less flavorful than before.
To test my theory I also visited the Seattle/Bellevue location and got the creme brulee and they both had the same amazing taste...

The tea flavor and the tapioca at this boba tea place are amazinggg. The tea actually tastes like tea and the boba has a really nice flavor and is the perfect amount of chewiness. I got the osmanthus jasmine tea and was not disappointed. Highly recommend 15% or 25% sweetness if you like mildly sweet drinks.

They also have a lot of unique drink options and alternative milk (oat milk) if you don't do dairy :)

very lovely atmosphere, love the modern design as well as the various indoor seating locations. my friends, family and I frequently visit and I love their boba! my favorites include the tiramisu, regular and caramel milk teas. another amazing aspect is how the ice and sweetness levels are adjustable, which is so helpful!
