Considering the demographic here, Nespresso needs to go ahead and make a stand alone store, not this goofy location. Even a hole in the wall spot at the mall would be better. I love Nespresso but I expect a classier setup.
Very service oriented. Rose is helpful and patient. They helped me build the right monthly order. Now I won’t run out of my favorite coffee!
Had a really lovely experience at the Nespresso store in Bellevue. Doug took the time to introduce us to a few coffees we hadn’t tried before, and his recommendations were spot on. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping customers explore different flavors.
