Last month on 3/10 I was interested in purchasing some Nespresso products and was spoken to by a gentleman who asked if we'd like to sample their coffee. We asked the flavor, and if it was naturally flavored or not. He proceeded to tell me that it's artificial flavored because "of course there is no maple syrup or pecan pieces in the pod with the coffee" and that it's impossible to flavor coffee truly naturally with such ingredients but that the artificial flavor is very natural and to not worry about it.Having been told such, I simply walked away from such nonsense. I'd recommend a different script for the employees. If it's artificial, just say so. Don't make up lies insisting it's impossible to naturally make.

I purchased 2 Nomad iced tumblr less than a month ago. I followed the instructions and hand washed only. Yet the straws broke . I looked everywhere and was unable to locate replacement straws. I called Nespresso the customer service rep stated they don’t tell them separately and I would need to purchase a new cup for $20. She said she could help me place an order. I asked if there was anything else she could do as the item was purchased less than a month ago. She said she is sorry the only option is to purchase a new cup. That is ridiculous

UPDATE-The day after writing this review, someone from the store reached out to me and made sure that I had the coffees that I originally ordered. Extremely rare now a days to get this level of customer service - Thank you A.PDrove to the store 45 mins to purchase pods, when I got home discovered that they associate had given me the wrong pods. I am now stuck with 6 sleeves of coffee pods that I do not want.

Nespresso is. a scam. After I gave my credit card number, security code and expiration date on the Nespresso website an error message pops up directing consumers to call an 800 number where there is no help. SCAM

I had a large order of pods that included the Origin gift set. I love when brands go the extra mile and “surprise and delight.” The set of two espresso cups that come in the set are adorable; Packaging was beautiful. Nicely done, Nespresso ❤️

Do not purchase a nespresso machine. Their machines literally break within DAYS of the warranty and they offer you 35% off a new machine. Why would I want to purchase from them when it seems they build their machines to break shortly after warranty? I don't use this machine often at all! And I only have a family of 2 and my husband rarely drinks coffee. So disappointed. Now I'm stuck with 3 unused sleeves of pods.

I used to come here to buy my Nespresso capsules because the website has a lot of bugs and many times I had issues ordering online and wasted time placing orders that don't go through. They don't have a real Nespresso store as it's located inside a Macy's, and there are no windows as it is located underground. They used to give a small sample sleeve of 2 capsules with every order, they don't do that anymore. They also used to have offers such as buy 9 sleeves 1 offer, they also do that way less. The line is often 15 to 20 min wait. And the prices have increased since January 2023. I want to be a loyal Nespresso customer for my capsules but Nespresso is making it hard for me. Please hire developers for your website or add more stores so people can buy capsules. In the meantime I found some competitors willing to fill the gap.

This place is so fun and different. It's in a kind of odd spot, I;m sure they state it but it took me a minute to find it. It's not in the Macy's store, it's inside the Macy's Homer store which has the funnest stairway entrance into the ground of the mall. When you enter it;s like an adult candy store, beds mattress on the left, appliances straight back, and to the right then espresso "cafe". Well filled with sleeves of pods, all colors, finishes, and foil accents!!Then you get to talk to the barista, they're make you something or talk to you about the sleeves and coffees, their favs or ways to make them. This is definitely not the most efficient way to recycled with them providing free bags and having a larger selection in the app. But, you can look around at the accessories or machines, and it;s just such a fun little experience!

The location is convenient if you have a mall trip planned. It's also convenient if you don't; the boutique is located just inside a mall entrance near ample covered parking. The staff is always AMAZINGLY nice and helpful with determining flavors to try. We actually go out of our way (drive 20mins) to visit this location rather than just order online, purely for the positive experience.

Sad to see so many poor reviews from people who are dealing with virtual customer care… this physical location is 10/10! Even when there is a line the employees try their best to accommodate and make everyone happy. I stopped ordering pods online bc shipping was far too long and Nespresso doesn’t seem too worried about that so I have made a point to drive out to this shop and buy bulk instead. Jorge is such a friendly ray of light, love having his help! He is very knowledgable & kind. Love this entire boutique & being able to purchase pods in person. Located in the basement where Macys home & furniture store is. Hopefully in the future they put out more shops like this so people dont have to wait 2-3 weeks for coffee!

I placed an order a month ago and I have never received my order. When I called the customer service to check I got accused of lying and that my order was delivered. Shame on Nespresso….. very disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years.
