Customer service is EXCELLENT here. The Ladies at Cinnabon go out their way to accommodate their customers, they’re communicative, and they made sure that I left satisfied. 10/10.

I have not had a bad costumer service experience at the Bell Square location. I always order an extra container of frosting.
