Can't rate the food as I haven't eaten it and after what I saw I do not believe I will. Workers touching each other on the neck then grabbing boxes and tongs to make orders. Employee digging in her ear with gloves on. I asked for a cup of ice at the register. I don't care to be charged for a drink but I only wanted the ice. When I asked the female worker she looked at me like I was speaking an alien language and repeated what I said. I told her I had asked for it at the register. She proceeded to take the smallest cup and fill it less than 1/4 with ice. I left it for her since it was such a big deal I felt y'all needed it more. Really wish I wouldn't have tipped on top of paying for something I didn't receive. Will not be returning.

Cinnabon used to be the definition of a perfect cinnamon roll. I have fond memories of their gooey cinnamon-sugar filling, pillowy dough and their unforgettable sweet cream cheese icing dripping down the sides. But it seems things have unfortunately changed since the good old days.We picked up two Classic Rolls ($7.49 each) recently and noticed that they have gotten smaller. Granted, I haven't had Cinnabon in a few years, but I remember their classic rolls used to be huge and would have touched all sides of the box. At over $7, the price is super steep for what you actually get. Our cinnamon rolls looked a little dry by the time we made it home, so I heated mine to soften it up. The dough was nice and soft, but the cinnamon filling was not the sticky ooey-gooey type that I recall. It seemed like it was just conservatively brushed on the dough. The cream cheese frosting didn't even cover the whole top. (There's a charge if you want a small cup of extra frosting.)It's not that we didn't like them per se. They just weren't the same satisfying cinnamon rolls that I had as a kid. This Cinnabon has skimped in terms of size and is stingy with the frosting & filling which are my favorite elements of any cinnamon roll. Service was friendly and quick though. As one employee handed us our boxes, she kindly pointed out a container of forks on the counter and the napkins behind us. The forks were just out in the open, so it would have been nice if they were sealed or in some sort of dispenser.

This was by far the WORST cinnamon rolls we've ever had !! .. Bought a half dozen classic cinnamon rolls on Oct 22nd 2023 from your location at Bellevue square mall to enjoy with my family of five. I asked for a freshly baked box, I was told that's fresh even though they looked lame & unappealing inside the taped box. Got it home to find out they are 100% rubbery, baked under proofed, thin, tough & they were not gooey at all .. they were slimy & icky !!! No one was able to eat more than a bite or 2 & had to toss their plates in the garbage !!! .. First of all, there was a child (maximum 12 years old) at the cashier dealing with customers .. seemed to be the son of one of the workers !!! & taking so long to finish their transactions .. took me 15 minutes wait with only 2 customers infront of me... The worker on the counter was placing icing on one of the pans in a really bored carelessly way .. slapping the icing on top in a very disgusting unappealing manner .. Not sure what happened to that branch !!! .. Cinnabon isn't a cheap place to buy from ... Yet my latest experience is awful & I don't think I'll be buying from that branch again !! ...

Went to the Bellevue Square Cinnabon yesterday The cashier was inexperienced at his job and tried to sell us old cinnamon bites vs fresh ones and didn't really listen to what we wanted and kept suggested other items. I had a valid gift card and after a few attempts, the machine declined it, I checked the balance before leaving for the mall and it's completely fine. They offered no assistance whatsoever and just told me "oh the machine doesn't like gift cards" We were stuck trying to make a quick decision in this awkward situation The cashier wasn't helpful and just had this dumbfounded look on his face. I felt embarrassed and looked like a fool thanks to thier all teenager staff Cinnabon should have at least one shift manager who isn't 16 to handle more tricky situations and avoid customer embarrassment and mistreatment

Customer service is EXCELLENT here. The Ladies at Cinnabon go out their way to accommodate their customers, they’re communicative, and they made sure that I left satisfied. 10/10.

Their website won't work with my credit card, and I used it at Christmas 22 for gift cards

Any time I want cinnamon rolls and don't want to bake.Service: 5 StarsFood: 5 StarsAtmosphere: MallI normally order to go. These cinnamon rolls are best right out of the oven, but they reheat well. I have not had a bad costumer service experience at the Bell Square location. I always order an extra container of frosting.
