Ugh I wish I could rate this 5 stars because the tea itself was very delicious. I got the taro milk tea with lychee jelly. But it cost me $9 and was soo small. I was warned about this lack of value, thought I'd be okay with it, and was still really disappointed.BTW when ordering for pick up, the time to pickup is not always accurate. My tea was done like 10 minutes before the time I was given, but there was no indication other than going in to ask.

Tea is very good and you can definitely tell it’s of good quality. The presentation is nice as well. Drawbacks are it’s small, pricey and you have to wait. They do give you samples most days while you wait in line. Try to avoid weekends since the lines are extremely long.

Drinks are great, but unfortunately the service provided was bad. My friend who I was with experienced unprofessional service from the employee with a large bear tattoo on his forearm He exuded a tone of passive aggressiveness in an inappropriate context. The situation left us feeling uncomfortable and hesitant to come back in the case of experiencing this situation again if this employee is put on cashier. Please do better in training your employees to maintain a level of professionalism when interacting with customers.

The Pineapple Breeze with Pouchong tea was absolutely stellar, a mix of flavors not quite like any I've had before, though maybe slightly reminiscent of a fruity and especially bitter matcha.Looking forward to trying more flavors!EDIT: The classic boba milk tea (black tea with cream) is the best I've ever had. This place is the best!!!
