Food is always fresh and pretzels are tasty at this location. Best of all, the staff are always so friendly. I've been to this location several times and have never had a negative experience - staff are always willing to help. Was there yesterday and helped by Alex at cash; not the first time interacting with him. He always brings positive energy and very personable. Never does he let a problem hold up the line so even though there's generally a lineup, the wait is minimal.

This Aunties Anne's location is my favorite. Even during long lines, the service is fast. There is always inventory of all pretzel types & staff is super friendly. My 2 daughters love their Cinnamon Bites along with their Frozen Lemonade. It is located on the second floor on the corner. There is an elevator right next to it if you are below. Each time I visit Bellevue Square with my kids, I will always come here to get them pretzels. I appreciate the service here. Thank...
