No Great American Cookie in your communist PNW malls, so I was wide open to being converted - and, because I’m a rascal - I had three dessert places pitch themselves to me, and Huntley (real name, I swear to god I checked and confirmed several times) was charming and funny and helpful and convinced me to go with Auntie Anne’s (over two competitors I won’t name, who hilariously wouldn’t tell me where I could find the other, despite being 40 ft from each other and within...

Food is always fresh and pretzels are tasty at this location. Best of all, the staff are always so friendly. I've been to this location several times and have never had a negative experience - staff are always willing to help. Was there yesterday and helped by Alex at cash; not the first time interacting with him. He always brings positive energy and very personable. Never does he let a problem hold up the line so even though there's generally a lineup, the wait is minimal.
