I am obsessed with the Spicy Crispy Zap. I think about Zap three times a week. The chicken (or tofu; both are great) is always perfectly crispy, the red and green onions are perfect complements, and it's overall very bright and flavorful and has juuuuust the tiniest amount of sourness -- just enough to make your tastebuds come alive. I LOVE ZAP SO MUCH

If you like dry rub chicken wings or want to try something other than noodles, do what I did and order...

Ordered pot stickers, spring rolls, and pad si lew from them. The pot stickers were absolutely amazing, and the spring rolls were pretty good. The pot stickers came with a thick sauce, different than most places, that was pretty awesome.

The pad si lew, on the other hand, I couldn't finish. The noodles were stuck together in big lumps, with no sauce in the middle. I couldn't easily separate them, resulting in giant lumps of unflavored dough. I felt...

Probably 10x’s better than the sit down Thai restaurants on the island. Terrific food, great quick service. Can’t ask for more on Mercer island… although, it would be pretty awesome if they had pineapple fried rice, or a special of the week that rotated.
